Sewer Rate Increase Notice

At the Board of Directors Regular Meeting on July 16, 2026, the Board of Directors adopted a resolution approving an increase to the monthly sewer service rate.

Effective with the July 2026 billing, the monthly sewer service rate will increase from $74.00 to $80.00.

This rate adjustment helps ensure the continued operation, maintenance, and long-term reliability of the sewer system while supporting necessary infrastructure improvements and rising operating costs.
