Notice of Sewer Rate Increase
At its regular meeting on June 18, 2026, the Board of Directors reviewed the proposed sewer rate increase and approved moving forward with an increase in the monthly sewer service rate from $74.00 to $80.00.
The Board will consider final adoption of the rate increase by resolution at its regular meeting on:

The proposed increase is necessary to address rising operating costs and maintain the District's financial stability. Over the past several years, the cost of providing wastewater services—including operations, maintenance, testing, permitting, repairs, and infrastructure needs—has continued to increase while customer rates have remained unchanged.
If the resolution is adopted, the new monthly sewer service rate of $80.00 will become effective beginning with the next billing cycle following adoption. Members of the public are welcome to attend the July 16 Board Meeting.
